Auto-Ness Physical Therapy is a Scripps Ranch clinic specializing in sports medicine and running injury rehabilitation. All sessions are 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — no techs or aides. Their runner performance program uses root-cause diagnosis, gait-informed treatment, and progressive strength training to address knee pain, shin splints, IT band syndrome, and muscle imbalances in runners.
