The 25th annual San Diego 100 Mile Endurance Run traverses the rugged mountains of San Diego County on 90% single-track trail, including sections of the Pacific Crest Trail, Noble Canyon, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, and Anza Borrego. 15,400 ft of total elevation change; 32-hour cutoff. Registration opens January 1, 2027.
